It's actually worse than that.

13% represents black people as a whole. In reality it's black males between the ages of 18-34

So it's really about 3% of the population committing half the homicides.

MEANING, they are 7x more likely to be imprisoned for murder when they never did it. They are arrested at high rates, and also falsely arrested at high rates.

Their "religion" is what wokeness is trying to solve. Integrate them into the system, and they start to act like white people aka "civilized". But when you guys see a black super hero you act like the world is ending. Their state of being is not in their DNA, it's rooted in their history here. They have no inheritance, like most white people do. And their family legacy here? Being owned. Most grow up ingrained in high crime areas so it's no wonder that they have higher crime rates than whites. No one would ever suggest otherwise. I for one feel like it's made a difference. I know plenty of nerdy educated civilized black people that wouldn't harm a fly. I don't really feel like that segment of their culture existed 30 years ago.

Yea that bar graph kind of throws the white privilege thing right out the windows when you see Asians have microscopic jail rates with there being no reason at all for the system to favor them. They simply follow the rules much better than ghetto folk.
