Epstein accusations? How does that help matters? If what you're saying is true you look like an asshole too. He could have gone about this in a much more measured way. His over the top antics make him appear less credible.
Also, Trump must have known that if he ever crossed Elon it could come back to bite him. Especially if he was implicated in any Epstein stuff and Elon had access. Say what you will about Trump but he is smart about picking his battles. When he picks a fight it is usually because he intends to win. For him to make such a strong enemy out of Elon like this, knowing full well Elon has knowledge that could end him for good, that doesn't sound like Trump to me.
Of course I could be wrong. I've already been wrong. But this turn of events is so strange I have to be honest... I'm halfway convinced this is a show. And if it's not, I'll just say Elon is acting very strange. Regardless if there are issues with the bill.
Haven't read the rest of the thread yet, just getting my way through the recent pages but...this is fvcking rich coming from a Trump guy, I have to say.
Are you really saying criticize a dude spewing mean words and accusations? Really??
I'm not chewing on this like some would (aside from the hilarity of course). But come on now...

When a figure involved in politics suddenly appears with a black eye, followed by a complete change in something, then you have to be very suspicious.

I'll admit... for a second DOGE threw me off...
I thought maybe Trump really was trying to balance shit out with the budget...
but Conservatives are never Conservative when it comes to spending... we've known this for awhile now.

"Trump says mean words all the time..."
Yea, at his enemies. When he's being attacked or forced to go on the offensive. Musk and Trump are supposed to be friends.
If it's really just a bill you're worried about and you wanted to have a rational discussion in the hopes of reaching an arrangement, and you just want what's best for the country... you don't go about it like this. That's not how you settle a disagreement with your friends. You're the one who backed his campaign and propped this guy up as a savior in the first place.
In short, when parents are about get divorced, they're not supposed to fight in front of the kids.
The change in attitude is too noticeable and it calls his motivation into question.

Can you elaborate? Are you inferring he might have been physically threatened or that he joined the cult.

It makes Elon look worse... but now that he's brought up Epstein... I want to know more about that.

Well since he seems to know so much, why doesn't Elon himself come out and tell us?
