that's a check for the feds to do whatever they want in mexico. you can thank the DEA and Homeland security for that 320 million, they're the ones that want access to pick up targets whenever they please, and that's how they get access. plus, that money goes to law enforcement/military to guard the border, so it helps the US's southern border with security.

i also don't see mexico ever dragging us into a war with their neighbor.
