Here's even better questions. In previous lists he's had 'bird fed' centers behind 'expert jumpshooters' so why are Russell, Wilt and Kareem ahead of Bird on his list? Why is Duncan and Shaq ahead of Curry? Why is Jokic so low if he has the attributes of a Larry Bird but in a larger package?
It's all bullshit. The only reason he changes his list every 2 months is because he feeds on the attention he receives when we point it out. He's gotten alot of mileage out of the 'Steph Curry is the most overrated player ever-two months pass- Steph is a top 10 GOAT' flip flop. Probably gone through a years worth of jerkins and tissue paper with that one.

Just absolutely zero consistency in his ranking. He judges players solely by scoring, rails on Pippen for barely cracking 20-22 ppg, yet he has Russell, Duncan & Magic, who scored at Pippen level for the majority of their titles, ahead of guys who consistently scored 27-30 ppg.
I do agree he, pathetically, does it for attention, but I do enjoy the dance he performs trying to validate all his insane inconsistencies

I mean hell, out of all the top 10 level players Russell played in '2point basketball' era( 3balls words of course), something he deems 'objectively inferior' and was quite comfortably the worst scorer in this conversation. Forget about expert jumpshooting, defeating maximum defensive attention and the usual assortment of meaningless 3ball-isms. For what he values Russell shouldn't be near his top 10, yet there he sits at number 2 behind MJ. Outside of championships I'm not sure what *his* argument for Russell would be within the context of his usual rhetoric.

no jump shot on or off the dribble, no elite first step to scissor through tight defenses, no acrobatic creativity at the rim, no heart to take it into the paint against elite rim protectors, incomparable post game.
..slightly better three point shot.

Agreed with everything, but Jordan was not a slightly better three point shooter
