Who gives af what other countries think? Who says there's honor in war when dealing with a hostile enemy? Those countries are not our allies. There are already plenty of countries in the region eager and willing to do business with us and none of them give a shit about Iran. We go through leaders every 4-8 years so deals are expected to be renegotiated.

US/Israel isn't engaging in this war purely out of virtue, I would never assume that, but dealing a powerful blow to the anti-western radical Islamic power structure IS a bonus and a net positive for the world. The question is at what cost. If the cost is too high then I imagine everyone will turn on Trump, but if the cost is barely noticeable you might see the opposite. Long term it could cement his legacy.
