Propaganda isn't needed like it used to be. And when it is needed, it's usually for a vote. The WW2 era is long gone, where Hitler and Stalin and Roosevelt needed mass propaganda to convince troops to give their lives for a cause. We don't need enormous mass units of infantry like that any more. We just bomb shit to hell and then maybe send in some guys to stand guard, but I don't think we are even doing that here.
