In USA you have to tip. They could pay the waiters and waitresses 25/hr but then you'd pay double for your burger. The money has to be made up either way. Don't be a cheapskate.

I'm actually quite generous. What I was asking was how much is split towards their coworkers. I didn't realize out of 15% they're only keeping less than half of that and giving to their coworkers
