Even discussed firing him, during his first term, something that no President has ever done. Called him terrible, and thus was surprised that Biden nominated him after he showed himself to be terrible.

Edit: In the linked video itself, he even said that he's surprised that Biden extended it, meaning, when he got into office after Trump.
