Lebron's 2007 Playoff Run is Overrated

People still hold onto the 2007 season where Lebron took his team to the Finals, supposedly all by himself. Well, Jimmy Butler took his team to the Finals twice. Giannis took his team to the Finals. Jokic took his team to the Finals. Iverson took his team to the Finals. SGA didn't have any other super duper stars on his team.

But for some reason we are supposed to look at Lebron differently and I have no idea why. He shot 35 percent in the Finals that year and committed 6 turnovers per game. I watched it on youtube. Lebron didn't look like he even wanted to play. And so I don't understand why we are supposed to look at him like a king on the throne for making the Finals that year. How come Dwight Howard doesn't get credit for beating Lebron in the playoffs?

If you really think about it Lebron is just a normal star. He's won 4 championships in 22 years, with some of them very questionable and he has played with 7 active all stars. He's played with more all stars than the actual amount of championships he has won. Anyone with common sense can tell you that he's not the special talent that he's promoted as. His stats are longevity and many of his seasons have been surpassed statistically by players like Doncic, Jokic or even Westbrook in his 4 year triple double stint. And what good is it to have stats if you're gonna lose 6 times in the Finals and have 7 failed seasons where you lost as the favorite?

Sorry Lebron fans, he is not the goat. He's won 4 championships with 7 all stars throughout his career but he has been playing ever since the re-election of George W Bush. And only 4 championships since then? 22 years is older than some of you who worship him. Maybe you never were taught about how winning is the point of the game. Take away Ray Allen and Kyrie's shots and he's stuck with only the pandemic championships and the first one with the big 3. I'm just educating you young fans. But I feel like it's not getting though to some of you. Like it's the Twilight Zone.

If you really think about it objectively, Lebron's entire career is overrated.

Probably a product of the media never acknowledging the fact that he has, by FAR, the most choke jobs of all time.
