The Indian call center rep/bathroom custodian who cobbled together the AI that went into that "book" probably just took their pre-existing template for something else and swapped out the title/cover/etc to maintain the date.

Crazy world (rather country) we live in when we need better security at schools, 4 year olds running around doing mass school shooting drills No other country does this.
