Immigrant Pass strikes again- Gumby not called for T

In the recent Spurs-Warriors game, Wemby jammed over Draymond, then proceeded to scream/taunt in his face. That is an automatic T. But not according to the refs, who give immigrants a pass and apparently aren't held accountable to the same rules native-born NBA players are.

I've pointed out the Immigrant/Euro pass in the past in great detail. The fanbase is just fine with it given Draymond's villain reputation and the rep of Wemby as the future of the NBA. Nonetheless, Refs should strive for consistency.
