Not having a single thought about anyone other than yourself explains much. Unfortunately we have a president that has that same approach but had fooled gullible types into thinking that he cares about the lives of common people.

Oh yea, you care about the average person? Lol do you have any idea how much the cost of healthcare increased under Obamacare?
The "marketplace" is a scam. It's a select group of providers all owned and operated by the same parent company, in this case the govt. When I lived in nyc I was paying $550 a month for a single person basic plan with a $12k deductible AND I had co-pays.
I thought the goal of improving healthcare was to bring costs DOWN.

Then why is Trump tall king about extending it?
Complex thought that is likely beyond your mental capacity:
The ACA keeps costs from being even higher than they are currently. That's why Marjorie Taylor Greene's kids are worried about what they will pay if we get rid of it.

So then why did the cost increase for everyone? If the goal was to keep costs from going higher, why did they go higher?
If you want to bring costs down then you need to introduce more providers into the market. Right now it's an umbrella monopoly where you have just a small handful of providers all serving the same master.

I know exactly what the shutdown was about and Dems wanting to continue to give free Healthcare to illegals. That's not what I want my tax dollars to go to. You might, but im sure you have no reason why you do or why that it's great to keep doing so for them.

There are certainly multiple ways to bring down health care costs but somehow your dear president can't think of any. You should call him up with your great ideas. I'm sure he'll listen to you after his 10+ years of failure.

I agree that Trump has failed big time when it comes to healthcare. Who would argue otherwise? It was one of the biggest and earliest blunders of his first term. Especially after campaigning on it like he did.
But don't gaslight the rest of us and try to argue that Obamacare has been a success.

It's been better than having no plan at all, which is what Trump gaslit your dumb ass into accepting. And Obamacare isn't the plan Obama originally wanted, it was the result of compromising enough to get the votes to get something passed. No one says that it's perfect but you idiots are really trying to replace it with nothing at all.

No problem, chico.... if there's anything other facts you need to know, dont hesitate to ask. Glad to see you calmed down, not good for your blood pressure.

Obamacare is outdated and needs overhauled. Gotta quit giving free Healthcare to your illegal friends and relatives.

Wtf are you babbling about? You think Obama invented health insurance?
Trump campaigned on getting rid of artificial state lines and letting providers compete on a national scale. He didn't get it done but it's not like if we got rid of Obamacare then all of a sudden no one would be able to get health insurance. There was a health insurance industry before Obamacare and there will be one after.
Obama's brilliant idea was to charge a penalty, basically a tax, on anyone who didn't purchase a healthcare plan. So not only were the plans terrible and expensive, you were charged a penalty if you didn't purchase one.
Yea, really brilliant move.

Re: "Concepts of a plan" revealed!
Oh, is that what Trump's plan is? So why don't you go remind him of that as the best he seems to have to offer is extending Obamacare.
Amusing to see you defend the Trump "plan" that never existed and that he himself is not talking about. Trump is talking about extending the ACA (is that easier for you to stomach than Obamacare?). Obamacare is Trump's plan. That is his"concepts of a plan" that he's been getting ready for over a decade. Now go ahead and continue to attack Obamacare while defending Trump.

While certainly flawed, the idea with this was to help out the providers, not those insured. Hospital systems in rural and lower socioeconomic areas fall under extreme pressure when a significant portion of their patients are uninsured. This helped them significantly.
