Ultimately, the average NBA SG is about 6'4" in 2025, while it was 6'6" in 1990... Again, zero starting SG's are 6'7" and almost none are even 6'6", while tons of SG's were 6'6" and 6'7" in 1990
    Sorry, 2023.

I believe the average height that year was over 6'8. Tallest in history. Point is...positions have shifted and so do heights based on the ebbs and flows of whatever competitive advantage will exist.

The league WAS shorter for a few years in the late 2010s. You can thank your boy Steph and the Warriors for that and the small ball shit.

The data shows that the current NBA is shorter than it's ever been.

4 of 5 positions are the shortest they've ever been.. only PG is taller

So you're wrong, and anyone that can read can see this

    Stop pretending

Accept that you never saw the goat and are now clinging to an old washed up player whose current level is top 1000 all-time - at least 1000 guys played better in the NBA than Lebron's current level

Probably got alot to do with mobility being more in demand than ever. But a guy who only really watches one player with a microscope wouldn't catch that.

I was wondering how long it was going to take you to make this about Lebron/MJ.

Dyson Daniels & Duncan Robinson are both 6'7 starting shooting guards
