It looks like the group already pre-decided to work better with their regular guy Rip over AI. Wasn't Piston the group with players who decided to kick out some coach sometime ago?

Detroit Pistons these days seem to be one of the more tempermental group of players around the league. You'd swear they were a group of tight knit cult members who do not let anyone but "fam" into the inner circle.

I believe the record is good when Hamilton is out as well. Does that make Hamilton a cancer? No. The record is something like 14-4 when one of Stuckey, Iverson, or Hamilton is out. They didn't need another 2 or combo guard when they traded for AI, that's the problem. They thought Stuckey could replace Billups, and he plays an entirely different style than Billups, and that makes hard to integrate another scorer who needs the ball in his hands.

Hopefully we can get Boozer at a low price tag so his inevitable injuries won't suck so bad.

Yea. They shouldn't have traded Billups, and either just started Stuckey over Rip or let Stuckey come off the bench for around 30 mpg instead of the 19 mpg he was playing last year. I guess they wanted the cap space though.
