nope. a prenup can be a drawn up contract containing anything the two of you agreed upon. it's just a contract, not a law. so anything can be in it. if you ask your lawyer to draw up a prenup wherein your wife gets nothing, and your finacee signs it, then that's what happens. ofc, not all prenup contracts are enforced or recognized in every country.
