Ariel is the only one charged. The other two brothers, Pedro and Anil, apparently didn't live there and were arrested on other outstanding warrants. None of the women have implicated either of them.

The more I read about this case the more depressed I get. This guy apparently would starve and beat whoever got pregnant in order to induce a miscarriages. This happened on at least 5 occasions. The little girl somehow survived this and was born in an inflatable kiddie pool.

This all happened in a poor section of town. These areas are typically very transient, with people renting a house for a few months and then moving on. It makes more sense now why most people in these situations don't make contact or really notice their neighbors. The guy that helped rescue them had only lived there about a year. It makes you wonder how many situations like this might exist elsewhere. Terrifying.
