However as soon as you OP then turned it into a MJ vs LeBron thread, or whined about Kobe, this thread and in turn that article lost all merit.
I don't mind a good comparison between players, and fans arguing over which player, which team is better. But when it ends up in childish arguments that LeBron is a flopper or Kobe is a whiner or whatever instead of staying open minded, it just ruins the point and fun of the debate. Appreciate all great players for what they are and what they've achieved.

2. Kobe is obsessing over 6 rings, Like 6 rings makes you a GOAT
Has it occurred to you that winning Championships is the ultimate goal of his job? He's supposed to be obsessed.
3. Jordan used to get off easily thanks to Pippen defense on Magic, Bird, Barkley and other greats
This is stupid. Basketball is a team game, you're not winning anything if one guy must do everything.
4. If Lebron played in the day, MJ wouldnt, couldnt Guard Lebron. He is too big, too strong and too fast
MJ could match his quickness and so he'd do as good a job as anyone. No one is shutting James down. But guess what? James isn't stopping MJ either.
5. Gary Payton was another too fast guy he couldn't shut down
MJ was in his mid-30s and still won a ring so what does this matter?
6. Lebron is not Michael Jordan but he is a better player and person. MJ was/is a certified Asshole.
"Better player?" How? Jordan led his teams to tons of wins, won 6 rings, did whatever he wanted to on the court and was a better shooter in the clutch. "Better person?" You don't know either of them personally and what does that matter anyway? Neither knows nor cares about you.
7. MJ had rules changed so he could get things easier. Detroit and Knicks had to be softer else, he will whine to the league like he always did
And now you're just posting random crap you know nothing about. MJ got some calls like every other superstar, big deal. If you want to go down this road we can post highlight reels of LeBron James flopping.

Re: Michael Jordan Obsession is ruining the game
MJ is so good that it is unfair to compare Kobe and Lebron with him because they aren't in his category. Am I missing something else?
