Family as a whole always has

whole milk
eggs
butter
5 lb tilamook cheddar block
parmesan/asiago
greek yogurt
olives (generally both generic green and kalamata)
spinach or other leafy green
lettuce
carrots
sweet peppers
broccoli or cauliflower
some sort of meat waiting to be cooked
multiple mustards
better than bouillon chicken and beef
lemon juice

Those are the basic staples, which are offset by leftovers, beer, and whatever else we may have planned for the week

Some sort of chicken/turkey
Fish - usually tilapia or tuna
Various sauces - at least 2-3 kinds of hot sauce
Various cooked vegetables
Lemon juice
Baking Soda
Various fruits - grapes, watermelons

I don't usually have any kind of junk food or juices. Only drink water and coffee during the week + alcohol on weekends.
