Default Tigger punches kid?

Anyone see this? The report makes it sound like a young kid is decked until you see the video. The kid is more like a teenager.

He was provoking the guy inside Tigger by pulling on his costume at the back; unzipping him, pulling the tail? And it was not a punch if anything a slight slap at the most. The guy was trying to stop this little punk from being a prick. Imagine wearing one of these costumes and having not great visibility. You have to be blind not to see what this punk was doing. You can see him with a smirk and laughing. Tigger reacted by clutching this punk's arm with his and then turning and in the meantime trying to avoid knocking the little kid in front of him by lifting his left arm over the kid's head. (I am sure mobility in one of these costumes is not great) As he turned the little punk's face was in the way. Tigger was trying to push him away. There's no way the guy inside Tigger should apologize nor should Disney give any special treatment to this family. And the family apparently is suing since they did not get an apology from Tigger.

it just goes to show that you can sue anyone for absolutely anything nowadays. pretty soon disney might have to do away with the costumed characters with morons trying to sue them left and right. what's even worse is that there are lawyers out there willing to pick up a stupid case like this.

haha I heard about this on the radio the other day. They said the kid was pulling the tigger's tail. Even if the kid didn't do anything, its not like tigger punched him. It was more of a graze across the geek's face.

I saw nothing. The idiot teen has no case. He was trying to be an ass. Tigger just wanted to remove the kids hand from tugging on his tail. Nothing more nothing less. I broke wind in an elevator...people accused me of doing it. Called me names. Can I sue them for verbal harrassment, defamation of character?

i didnt see no tail pulling or custume zipping, but i also don't see a reason why they should sue.

They're just looking for an extra buck.

The kid had it coming if he was pulling down the zipper.
