Today's team?

THE ORLANDO MAGIC

PG - Nelson/Moore/Price
SG - Afflalo/Oladipo
SF - Harris/Harkless
PF - Big BABY!/Nicholson/Maxiell
C - Vucevic/O'Quinn

Head Coach - Jacque Vaughn
General Manager - Rob Hennigan

1. So Dwight Howard isn't a Laker, Andrew Bynum isn't a 76er, Andre Iguodala isn't a Nugget, JJ Redick isn't a Buck, but the Magic still have Nikola Vucevic, Tobias Harris, Mo Harkless, Aaron Afflalo and a bunch of draft picks. What is the moral of this story, children? Please raise your hand....

2. The best player on the Magic right now is:

3. On a scale of Kwame Brown to Lebron James...how high are you on Victor Oladipo?
(Fun fact: rearrange letters in VO's name, you get "Avoid Color Pit". To me, this means VO will avoid the paint. His last name also can spell "Polio Ad", which means he might be prone to illness. Anagrams are fun.)

4. Most likely gone by the trade deadline: Aaron Afflalo, Big BABY!, or Jameer Nelson

5. Harris, Vucevic, and Harkless: GOOD young talent or GREAT young talent?

BONUS ALL TIME RANKINGS!

You know it's coming, right? Insidehoops posters just love to rank shit over and over and over and over and over and over. Well, gives the people what they wants!!!

BONUS A: Who you got? Orlando Magic Dwight Howard or Orlando Magic Shaquille O'Neal?
BONUS B: Who you got? Orlando Magic Penny Hardaway or Orlando Magic Tracy McGrady?

What I've done is answered the Bonus questions with an eight page thorough analysis with diagrams, statistical charts, in depth interviews, hypotheticals...as complete an analysis as you've ever seen. All right below:

1. Advanced Statistics. When you compare Shaq and Dwight just on Win Shares, we can see that

You can elaborate on your answers.

Next up: Philadelphia 76ers. Have a Five Question suggestion for the Sixers? Send me a PM with ideas.

1. So Dwight Howard isn't a Laker, Andrew Bynum isn't a 76er, Andre Iguodala isn't a Nugget, JJ Redick isn't a Buck, but the Nuggets still have Nikola Vucevic, Tobias Harris, Mo Harkless, Aaron Afflalo and a bunch of draft picks. What is the moral of this story, children? Please raise your hand....
--The moral of the story is to make sure you double check your work before you send it in.

2. The best player on the Magic right now is:
--I would have to think Vucevic. What a monster he has become. Did anyone see that coming? In April his averages were 18.5 ppg / 15.3 rpg / 2.8 apg / 1.5 spg / 1.5 bpg. 7 of the 8 games were against playoff teams.

--Don't have a clue. The comparisons to Dwayne Wade and freaking Michael Jordan were a bit much. Otherwise he was a very good college player. His shot is funky, but it goes in. He's a small guy (6-4 in shoes), but he's so long and such a good athlete. I'm not even sure if he's a PG or SG right now. He's everything I don't want and everything I do want in a guard. No clue.

4. Most likely gone by the trade deadline: Aaron Afflalo, Big BABY!, or Jameer Nelson
--Jameer can be an expirer? I don't completely understand how the early termination part of a contract works. All three could be really good players for a playoff team. Afflalo could be a starter on some, if he's as good as he was in Denver. I'll go with Jameer.

5. Harris, Vucevic, and Harkless: GOOD young talent or GREAT young talent?
--Good. Very good, maybe. Great needs a great player and I don't see it in that group. Make it Harris, Vucevic, Harkless, Oladipo, and Wiggins and then it's great.

Trust in Rob Hennigan. He knows what he's doing in the front office and I'm really glad.
2. The best player on the Magic right now is:
Nikola Vucevic. I think Oladipo will soon be our best player though. He looked awesome in the Summer League and I hope he plays well. We on that rebuild

3. On a scale of Kwame Brown to Lebron James...how high are you on Victor Oladipo?

Uh I'm not really sure what's in the middle so I'll do it throught 1-10. About an 8 for me. I don't know if he can play PG though, so that's a good sign for Jameer Nelson staying on this team.
4. Most likely gone by the trade deadline: Aaron Afflalo, Big BABY!, or Jameer Nelson
Aaron Afflalo I'd say.
5. Harris, Vucevic, and Harkless: GOOD young talent or GREAT young talent?

Kind of vague... what are your definitions of good and great...?

A -- *Raises hand*. What do I do now?
.... No moral, just shows that Orlando may, or may not have, done the right thing.

2. The best player on the Magic right now is:
A -- Vucevic.

Anagrams are fun.)[/b]
A -- My second choice for ROY. I say... what Jay Williams would have been? Stevie Franchise, though slightly worse on O and better on D? Future all-star, but not super star.

4. Most likely gone by the trade deadline: Aaron Afflalo, Big BABY!, or Jameer Nelson
A -- Afflalo. I believe the Magic want to trade Nelson, but I just don't see much of a market for him out there. Better off keeping him as your backup PG. Afflalo, due to his age and the "3 and D" hunt in the NBA, has more of a market.

5. Harris, Vucevic, and Harkless: GOOD young talent or GREAT young talent?
A -- Good young talent, with potential for greatness. Takes a lot of work and luck to realize that potential and go from good to great.

BONUS A: Who you got? Orlando Magic Dwight Howard or Orlando Magic Shaquille O'Neal?
BONUS B: Who you got? Orlando Magic Penny Hardaway or Orlando Magic Tracy McGrady?

A -- Love it. The joke, that is. As for the comparison... Shaq and TMac as individual players, Shaq and Penny (obviously) as a the better Orlando Magic years.

That The GM knows how to rebuild the right way.

2. The best player on the Magic right now is:

Vucevic EASY can't wait to see this kid keep developing! The center position is starting to get stacked!

Coffee is for closers? Dont trade a bunch of young pieces for an expiring deal unless you are sure you can (and want) to sign them longterm?

2. The best player on the Magic right now is:

I maintain Afflalo is the best player. But I am biased as I was super pissed when the pistons traded him. WTF were they thinking.

3. On a scale of Kwame Brown to Lebron James...how high are you on Victor Oladipo?

if kwame, a servicable rotation big man for a decade is 1 and lebron james, the best player in the modern era is a 10, I would go for about a 4 with VO.

4. Most likely gone by the trade deadline: Aaron Afflalo, Big BABY!, or Jameer Nelson

Probably afflalo, as he is super awesome.

5. Harris, Vucevic, and Harkless: GOOD young talent or GREAT young talent?

If you're looking to trade away a "franchise player" without getting one back, it's best to do a multi-team deal, that way you can squeeze as many good role-players, rookies and picks out of it.

2. The best player on the Magic right now is:

Afflalo/Vucevic/Jameer. In that order, but it's close.

3. On a scale of Kwame Brown to Lebron James...how high are you on Victor Oladipo?

About a seven. I don't think he'll ever be the guy on a championship contender, but his swiss-army-knife approach to basketball will make him the ideal second or third banana.

4. Most likely gone by the trade deadline: Aaron Afflalo, Big BABY!, or Jameer Nelson

Afflalo, there is a nice market for "3 & D" guys, and he's one of the best.

5. Harris, Vucevic, and Harkless: GOOD young talent or GREAT young talent

Good, Great, Good

Be smart when you play your cards and you will get good rewards.

2. The best player on the Magic right now is:
IMO Vucevic followed by Afflalo.

3. On a scale of Kwame Brown to Lebron James...how high are you on Victor Oladipo?
6 out of 10. I think 2-3 time all-star but it would be nice if he turned into a superstar.

4. Most likely gone by the trade deadline: Aaron Afflalo, Big BABY!, or Jameer Nelson
Aaron Afflalo, most attractable player to other teams.

5. Harris, Vucevic, and Harkless: GOOD young talent or GREAT young talent?
Always hard to predict talent, hopefully great but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
