Talked with my doctor about weight loss , toning bod and he said the bike is a good thing.
I am think about getting a stationary bike again... as well as a road bike this summer.
The mountain bike was a.o.k. , but legit workouts on a road bike seems better for me.

Just remember it isn't speed , but steady pace and length of time , that running generates benefits.
