Yes it has. For whatever reason in the last 5-10 years; EVERYONE is a superstar! That since the 90s, there have only been FOUR superstars; MJ, Shaq, Kobe and LeBum. That's it. Title not only means best player but pretty much also the face of the NBA, so much so that randoms off the street will likely recognize their face.

Lavine? A superstar? No... he's a star. An All-Star... at best.

I agree, superstar gets applied to players WAY too liberally, but only 4 superstars since the 90's? No way in hell were KG, Dirk, Wade, Durant, Curry, Kawhi etc. not superstars, that's just as ridiculous of a take

No. KG, Wade, Dirk, etc. None of them were anywhere near as big as MJ, Shaq, Kobe or LeBum. NOWHERE NEAR. I'm not talking just about basketball level play, I also mean the amount of push they had beyond the court; advertising, brand name, recognition by the general public beyond basketball fans. Most people outside of our basketball bubble have no clue who Kevin Garnett is. But even if you just limited to level of play; you cannot put LeBron on superstar level and then say 'Yep, Kevin Garnet is also a superstar, same class of player!' You know they're definitely not at the same level. LeBron is easily going into the top 10 of all time. He's in a league of his own today. If the others are superstars... then guys like MJ, Shaq Kobe and LeBron are Hyperstars.

The Bulls are finally behaving like a big market team and not a farm system for the rest of the NBA. If GarPax were still at the helmet, Lavine wouldve been traded for Blake Griffin and a conditional draft pick in 2030.

    Im proud of my Bulls.

Me too lol. But having that said, there's still a lot of work to do.

Yeah this. AK has been really good so far tho, there are definitely reasons to be optimistic with AK steering the wheel.
