Probably was. They stage a lot of things. Like George Floyd... and Marjory Stoneman... and Sandy Hook... The uniforms don't look the best imo and I think a cop gets back up from slipping, not rolling around on the ground in agony. Not to mention, I would think cops are issued boots/shoes with grip that wouldn't easily slip. If it's a real cop they would probably charge her with resisting arrest and assault since he slipped trying to cuff her.
