They postponed their Q1 Dividend (avg 12c/share) and just paid out their Q2 12c/share. So either in Q3 or Q4 we should get double.

At 3.50 a share with 13.5% div return -- this is a no brainer.

Just this year you'll yield 12c for Q3 and maybe 24c for Q4 =36c/share in dividends for a 3.50 stock -- that's a 10% return in just dividend.

If you're smart, you can actually retire off dividend-paying stocks. Remember, REITs are forced to pay 90% of their profits back to share holders annually. Whether they split evenly throughout the year like Sach did -- or payout once at the end of the year the total has to amount to 90% of their profits.

Their portfolio is quite strong and they've done well in commercial real estate market in this shitshow of a year. If anyones been following my posts i've advocated for them when the stock was at 1.25 with a annual 48c return.

Thinking about getting back into it. Unfortunately I don't have money to buy many of them. Only $150 worth of them. I bought 2 square stocks last week so I am broke now.

So that's about 40 Sach stocks. Return of what? $20/yr. Unless if you own 100k worth of REITs, I don't see it as enough to live off of. Unless if there is something about REITs I'm not understanding
