As far as eating out I love to support the mom and pop shops even before Covid. Now I really to help them stay in business. As far as other stuff? Eh. If I'm shopping I'm going on amazon. It's just easier. Even if I wasn't a lot of the stuff I'd be buying I wouldn't be buying at mom and pop stores, but like best buy, home depot, Macy's, Walmart, Stater Bros what have you anyway.
