The chance of severe symptoms and deaths is much lower with vaccine compared to no vaccine for almost all circumstances.

Parties? You aren't allowed more than 5 people indoor, vaccinated or not. Who are you trying to fool?

cause sure its probly 1 in 50,000 of dying from a vaccine. but take 5 then its 1 in 10,000 lol... and those kinds of unnecessary odds are not worth accepting voluntarily

i mean... the odds of me dying from covid are only if i GET covid ( which i have and beat it quite easily ) ... and now i probly have some immunities built up anyway...

when comparing covid risks to vaccines they should be counting everyone in comparison to covid deaths. not just people infected. because everyone will take the vaccine if they had their way. while only 1 in like every 50 people will catch covid eventually
Eventually everyone will come in contact with Covid. Without vaccine, it's much easier to get infected.

Vaccine also protects against future variants more than natural infection. Like the current vaccine is still effective against the new variant. Not to mention preventing hospitalization and severe symptoms.

Your comment was so stupid it wasn't worth writing words back to you. No offense.

Sure thing buddy, have you been tested a lot since taking vaccine injections?

It's cool that the idea of asymptomatic super spreaders is used when arguing for mask wearing:

The prominence of asymptomatic superspreaders in transmission mean universal face masking should be part of COVID-19 de-escalation strategies
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7263215/

But it's not cool to suggest that people who have gotten the vaccine can spread the virus without showing symptoms, even though it's clear now that the vaccine doesn't actually prevent you from getting covid, just makes it a lot more likely you won't show symptoms.

No. I don't care if anti vaxxers die of covid passed on from me.

Your carelessness will be what causes a Delta Plus Plus Plus Plus variant that the vaccine won't protect against.
Walking around, letting covid sit in your body, passing it on to other vaccinated people and them doing the same. All without ever breaking infection chains, "because you were protected".

Yes, this is a very important point that vaccine developers keep in mind. And as you know, we have some vaccines, like measles, which you don't need to change at all. You make the vaccine, it works pretty much all the time. But you also have vaccines like against the influenza virus, where you have to change the structure of the vaccine every year, based on the circulating strains and WHO coordinates this global network that actually identifies which strain should be used every year.

Now for SARS-CoV-2 we're still learning, we're still observing and our knowledge is evolving. But at this point in time, most scientists believe that the vaccines that are currently in development and a couple that have been approved should provide protection against this variant and other variants because these vaccines elicit a fairly broad immune response, a host of antibodies and cell-mediated immune responses.

And so a couple of changes or mutations in the virus should not make these vaccines ineffective. But right now there are studies going on in labs around the world to actually confirm that. And in the small possibility that perhaps these are less effective against one or both of these variants, nowadays the way vaccines are developed, it will be possible actually to also change the composition of the antigens and the vaccines quite quickly.

Any links or studies done that prove it? I saw multiple peer reviewed studies that shows natural immunity is just as strong if not better than 2 doses of vaccine.
