Oatmeal is pretty legit (real oatmeal, not the instant crap)
That said its not even debatable that the best breakfast food is high quality eggs (free range or pastured). Not only do they taste awesome and have tons of different viable methods for preparation, but high quality eggs are arguably the single healthiest food on the planet - contains all of the essential aminos and is also loaded with vitamins and healthy fats

In my country "menemen" is very popular for breakfasts.
Ingredients are only
oil/butter
pepper
tomatoes
egg
salt
Some people also add onions.
It is easy to make. Also, it is delicious when high quality vegetables and eggs are used.
In the video, parsley is used but I never used it, I think it is not a good idea to add.
Unhealty part is we eat so much bread with that.

Yeah, I googled it, they are very similar.
Seems like the difference is garlic, parsley and not scrambling the eggs.

It's also a great post workout meal. I take the same meal and add protein and have it after my workout instead of a shake sometimes.

Back in my bodybuilding days when I was just going to the gym 7 days a week, my dinner would be a protein powder smoothie mixed with oatmeal and almonds. Sometimes I would add a can of tuna to the mix. Not in the smoothie, but just eat it separately. Protein overload.

Hahaha when i saw the tuna part before u said not in the smoothie i slightly threw up in my mouth.
I also went protein crazy when i was in my 20's and lifting hard. Now i just eat healthy and not really think about. If you have good genetics and train hard and eat relatively healthy your gonna see results regardless.
