Body language has been shit all season and he's been bitching at teammates. They obviously don't like it, cause he doesn't play defense.

Could Luka be forcing Cuban to either trade for some help or instead, go for a trade request? Too soon?

The issue is that Cuban is completely inept in hiring GMs and has been on record saying idiotic stuff like Frank was a great addition and that Timmy coming back was like signing a free agent. Recently he claimed that Mavs would have 5 more wins if they could hit free throws.

Cuban is beginning to seem delusional and its probably cause he sucks at managing a team, which he shouldn't. Last season, Mavs had Porzingis and Brunson and what came out of that was Dinwiddie and Bertans. That's horrendous and that's on "Nico" or whatever the GM name is.

luka is literally part of the reason they suck. its their defense. they can't stop anyone... if their 3's aren't falling they lose. period. they have nothing else to fall back on

They'd probably be 18-10 (#3 seed) instead of 14-14 (#9 seed) if they shot better from the line. Had a lot of very close games where they shot really badly from the FT line.

He's signed for four or five more years. You are bugging out over an impossibility. If in the last season or near opt-out time he is dissatisfied he may find a new team. Dallas still has a few years to create the supporting cast they need even if they don't have it or aren't close right now. Doncic isn't going to refuse to play with his 200 million dollar contract.

I really don't know if Luka or Carlisle is going to be the most against that.

Carlisle was for sure a better coach than Kidd, because he had an actual system.

Kidd has done a really good job developing Luka, particularly on defense, but his offense is atrocious.
