Black people use a different version of the word that ends with an "a", and it's accepted for white people to use it too if they're genuinely part of a black community.. Some white people even use it with each other.

But it's the "er" version of the word that white people wish they could use, and they'll give anyone a million dollars if they have the stones to say it to someone - it could be anyone, even a 5-year old.

Ultimately, 300 years of ripping fathers away from their families during slavery created a standard of fatherless homes and low education - this gets fixed one exception at a time, i.e. "I'm the first in my family to go to college".. Otoh, whites get natural affirmative action by being born into wealth or even middle class and a history of full families (not 300 years of families being ripped apart)... Carry on racists
