I think two things can be true at once. I think people at the top can be greedy but I also think people at the bottom could be ignorant and irresponsible. That's not something you can legislate.

Fact is if you are a hard working person who is responsible and eager to learn, no person at the top will ever prevent you from making a living. More importantly, no one at the top at the could prevent you from being happy. If you can't make a living and/or you aren't happy, the problem probably lies inward. Government can't fix that.
