Well... looks like Denver was the closest to beating them. That close Game 4 loss with Westbrook going -20 in +/- killed them. Indy almost had them on ropes in Game 4 too. But even if they went up 3-1 I dont think they would've won. OKC is unbeatable at home and they can easily steal a road game in that case.

He can now go back to being an overrated, lucky f@ggot

Pacers were closer to going up 3-1 than Denver and has played OKC tougher

It's crazy how close this series is and people are still disrespecting the Pacers. Yall have low IQs.

He's had 1 good game out of 5. Could just be that OKC's defense is too much and he's not good enough to do anything about it.

Im talking about last night only. His alleged injury had nothing to do with last night's shit show he put on.

Its extremely doubtful the Pacers win Game 6 and open up a double digit lead in Game 7 on OKC right now. They look like they're about to get knocked out. Denver put up the best fight but didn't have the depth to survive in the last couple quarters of the series.

    Pretty much same spot.

But Denver was a lot closer in game 5, another game they threw away; and then won game 6.

    So hes quite clearly right.

Denver got blown out of the water multiple times, the Pacers have made OKC earn their wins in a tougher fashion.

Also Pacers were much closer to going up 3-1 than Denver

Game 6 hasn't been played yet so no point bringing it up.

You guys said it would be doubtful for Pacers to put up a fight, yet here they are with a game 6 at home.

They have been down like 80+% time of possesion. The game 1 sneak tilted things a little but it was inevitable. Not to say Pacers aren't very good they obviously are but thunder are clearly better. Indiana will be lucky to ever make it this far again.

They had 2nd best record in league since Jan 1, murdered the Cavs (who were historically good for majority of season) and were a SGA explosion away from going up 3-1 against OKC. SGA had the most points in the last 5 minutes of a finals game in like 50 years during game 4... that's what it took to not go down 3-1.

The problem is people still don't understand what makes teams great - especially the modern game that is heavily reliant on 3s and depth. The Pacers may lack a true superstar 1, but Haliburton/Siakim is still an elite duo, plus incredible depth, elite 3 point shooting, and great coaching. They made the ECFs last year so they were already knocking at the door. Outside of their horrible start they have been nothing but elite.

The real problem is people look at 4 seed and assume they suck, because they don't watch games or pay attention to relevant data. Alas why so many people were pretending they stood no chance.
