neither of these scenarios are close to happening. iran doesn't have a nuke nor are they anywhere close to wiping out israel. as of tonight, iran is on the verge of being wiped out. they don't have any allies supporting them like israel does and they have much inferior weapons technology. trump chose 2 weeks bc that's about as long as iran's military can withstand an exchange of firepower with israel, especially since israel is being propped up by USA so they essentially have infinite firepower.

i'd be veyr surprised if iran lasts 2 weeks at this rate.

Iran has an insane amount of missiles (preparing for this), and the vast majority of the missiles that they've used are from an old stockpile that are 20 to 25 years old. They're causing so much destruction in Israel right now, and it's costing them (and us) 300 million dollars a day to defend. For every missile that gets through, it's like 12 iron dome missiles that misses them. Israel has even started to let some missiles go through, because they are running out of interceptors ($50,000 to $100,000 each, David Sling $1,000,000 each, Arrow 3, 3 million each, and teh SM-3 from US NAVY ships is costing us, 10 to 28 million dollars each).

I'm curious, because the major news on the NY Post was the hospital getting hit, and then they quickly buried it, and Israel censoring the damages. The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange hit was big news, and then nothing.

the most recent twitter videos. i can't vouch for their validity, but the most recent video clip i saw, was of an Iranian carbon fiber plant that was instrumental in missile production for Iran.

and money is no object for israel (USA)...because they have their hands balls deep in our pockets. 3.8 billion a year they recieve in aid...and i'm going to venture and say that is in addition to the current conflict so they really do have the money to go the distance.

WTF, where are you getting your news from? First, air strikes alone won't decimate Iran, it will lead to a lot of civilian casualties but Iran's big wigs are dug deep and the US and Israel don't know where they are, if they did, they would be dead by now. And Iran does have support, the Russians and Chinese will arm them to try to thwart the US and Israel's goal at regime change. This is where a conflict of this nature can escalate into unintended consequences. There are 200 Russian nuclear scientists currently in Iran, if the US kills a bunch of them, the Russia could potentially start bombing US targets in retaliation...you don't think the Russians would be eager for some payback with the US previously supporting the Ukraine? The previous two world wars started off a regional conflicts that just escalated, this could easily escalate too, especially considering Iran is an important oil producer to Russia and China, they're not gonna sit idelly by and let the US and Israel have their way without any pushback.
