Did you not see game 6 of the '93 ECF when Pippen took over and won them the game?

It was Horry scoring 20 points in the 4th quarter of Game 5 to give the Spurs a 3-2 lead - this included the game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer.
Pippen never did that.
And if you watched these last playoffs, you saw a million "giveaway" games where 1 team was almost certainly going to lose... That's what Game 3 of the 93' ECF was, and MJ took over to put the game away early.. This is why the game was never reported as a pippen save-job, and it was reported as a Jordan save-job for 30 years until Klutch media started a fake news tour that has fooled young fans.

But why would Pippen ever be taking over the game in a fourth quarter when you have Jordan on the team? One of the reasons the Bulls were so great was because everyone had their role and generally stuck to those roles. Jordan was the greatest scorer in the history of the sport, so his role was to take over the game when needed. And unlike Lebron, Jordan actually stepped up in the clutch rather than shrivel up.

Every player in history required teammates to takeover like Horry did, such as Bird needing McHale to takeover, or Hakeem needing Drexler to takeover, or Lebron needing AD, Wade, and Kyrie to takeover.... Otoh, Jordan is the only guy that had a 1-man team.. So it's pretty simple and clear-cut.. Outside of the goat, everyone in history needed teammates like Horry to takeover or Parker to win FMVP... Infact, anyone that won 3+ Finals needed a teammate to get FMVP or 25 ppg for at least 1 of the Finals, except Pippen is 0/6 in FMVP and peaked at 21 ppg.
Kenny Smith describes it well here:

Everyone knows that there are 10 players on the court, so no one wins playing 1 on 5, but MJ's Bulls were as close to a 1-man champion as anyone has ever gotten.. That's why MJ is goat.

Closing in on 15,000 posts( on this account alone), and clearly on the payroll you'd think the admins would teach him some of the basics.

Re: Can anyone find an example of Pippen doing this in the playoffs
Game 5 1998 finals
Kukoc 30 on 11-13 with a 25.2 gamescore
Jordan 28 on 9-26 with a 14.8 gamescore
4th qtr
Toni 2-3 8pts, 7.2 gamescore in 9 min
Mike 1-7 8pts, 4.8 gamescore in 12 min
Toni scored 8 of the Bulls final 10 points, including the final 5. Bulls have an inbound play for the last shot looks like the pass is to Toni, Mj maybe intercepts, puts up and hairball, time expries. And Toni wasn't even the 2nd option.

I disagree with the premise of this thread. I believe taking over implies creation. Horry did not create the large majority of those openings.
He feasted on openings, but created?

OP is genuinely incapable of comprehending basketball beyond scoring, points are his entire metric of judging a players value.

Pippen never had 20 points in the 4th quarter regardless of how he gets the points.. Infact, I doubt that Pippen ever had a 13 point fourth quarter.. Pippen couldn't hit the broadside of a barn and had the worst clutch ability ever - this is opposite of Horry.
Btw, Pippen wasn't good at creating his own shot either - he could push the ball on the break and secondary break, but he lacked a breakdown handle in the halfcourt.. He was a system player that lived off of automatic system points and transition - he couldn't average 15 ppg outside the system.. He also had worst-ever efficiency on many occasions and couldn't shoot worth a lick - he was a historic lane-clogger that packed the paint for MJ's drives
