It isn't Nascar, but I would guess the UFC crowd is like 90% males in between age 20-40. Not many females that are big into MMA. I would also say it has probably gained more respect as a sport over the years.

It's PPV sales have fallen off a cliff though. Not sure who is to blame there, PPV in general seems dead to me. Anyone here dishing out $80 for a UFC match? Going all out political probably didn't help. And maybe people are just losing interest in general. McGregor, Lesnar, Spider Silva days seem like the peak to me.

Aligning with a political party is horrible business. And wrong, there were plenty of left-leaning males into it (like me) just like there are lots of left-leaning athletes in the NBA, NFL, and MLB. Look at Zuck, he is into it and he has a ginormous left leaning base that would follow him into it.

Lol, Bezos owned his own newspaper and it was extremely left leaning. He only started backtracking and playing to the middle after it was obvious that Trump was going to win the election. I think you're forgetting what kind of stronghold the left had on the media at large during Trump's first term. It wasn't until Elon purchased Twitter that the momentum started going in the other direction.

Like I said, I don't think Dana White is alienating too many fight fans by cozying up to Trump because the majority of people who would be bothered by that probably weren't fight fans in the first place. And you're right normally I wouldn't condone sports leagues tying themselves to a political party but unfortunately that is exactly what the left has done ever since Orange Face became president. They came for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL... all of entertainment really.

That is why I'm okay with Trump being a glorified mascot for UFC. I also loved it when players started doing the Trump dance during games. I want Trump and Trumpism to be omnipresent from here on out. I want the next Spiderman movie to have villain named "The Cackler" and I want her to be played by a half indian half african woman. I want movies, sports and entertainment to be totally chock full with pro-Trump and anti-left propaganda.
