Why do you have two points guards on the 80's and 10's?

Steph at least I can see play SG although he would be undersized, but Isiah & Magic both starting doesn't make any sense. Then you have Barkley & Malone both starting in the 90's, Duncan, Garnett, & Shaq all starting in the 00's. wtf.

You literally botched every team, including the 20's. And forgot to add the 20's in the poll.

There were two ways to do it. Break it out by specific position, e.g. a power forward and a small forward. That would have made sense in the older decades, but positions are a lot more fluid these days. So I went with the current model, three front court and two back court. I was able to put together better teams that way. For example, I could have substituted Grant Hill for Barkley on the 90s team, but I think it's better team with Malone and Barkley than with Malone and Hill, even though Malone and Barkley are both PFs.

If you don't like it, that's tough.

And yes, I did botch the poll, but don't worry. I guarantee I'll make up for it with my next thread. ;) You'll REALLY like it.

For players that cross decades, I put them in the decade where they had the bulk of their prime. so CP3 was on the 10s team. The 00s team would be interesting with Kidd.

True, but he got most of his accomplishments in the 00s, while Hakeem got two FMVPS in the 90s. That's why I put Hakeem as center on the 90s team, although I did consider David Robinson too.
