Yea I like it. He’s replacing Powell who clippers didn’t want to pay next year but you also get Collins. Powell is better than Beal but Beal+Collins will help the team more. I don’t like big 3s but Kawhi is going miss games then you need Beal to score. In playoffs Beal can be subbed out for defense like Dunn djj Batum etc.

Clips were a top 3 defense last year even with harden and Powell backcourt(Powell is worse than Beal). Zubac is just that good and now they have Lopez as a backup to improve the non zubac minutes, van gundy is too good at getting his guys to give effort on defense. They were 26-11 with Kawhi last year 24-21 without. They’re better now without Kawhi with 3 guys who can score 20 still in harden, Collins and Beal and hopefully Kawhi plays more. I don’t think they’re better than den or hou but I do think they’re better than gs or the lakers so could be the 4 seed. Big if but can matchup well with any west team if Kawhi is right with their versatility
