Following another rigged game in October 2020, Billups was wired $50,000 for his participation, the memo states.

Billups is getting the benefit of the doubt due to being a high character guy. Tiger woods situation is apples and oranges. People take DUI seriously because you’re putting other peoples lives in danger. You being involved in a gambling situation isn’t the same. First we need details of the ordeal. DUI is cut and dry.
