Default Gonna have to take on a 2nd mortgage betting on NBA baketball I guess...

Holy shit I've never had a worse start gambling on NBA in my life. I can't pick a single game.

The number of variables is at an all time high.

    - Who's playing? Who's not playing? Does it matter?
    - Who's load managing? Who's coasting?
    - You could make the playoffs as a 10 seed. Who really gives a fukk about winning tonight?

And that's not even accounting for the streaky shooting. Every team is pretty much running the same offense. If a team is making, there's really nothing you could do to stop them. The blazers shot 58% the other night against the warriors. Congratulations you can't lose.

I don't care how much you think you know about basketball, it's pretty impossible to get a read on a game right now. I'm not saying I was rolling it in before, but holy shit I never had a start this bad.

    Very RANDOM right now.

You can barely tie your shoes. Am I supposed to be surprised? You're stupid but you think you're smart, lol. The worst combo.

Really wouldn't want to gamble with the current scandal. You hope that it's just Billups and Rozier but there was a time we were also hoping that it was just Donaghy. So on top of you not being smarter than the people that set these betting lines there is a solid chance a few players and coaches are rigging. Have at it though.

Add that to the list of variables too.

From 2020 on the NBA has become unplayable on gambling and fantasy. Especially in the regular season.

2019 was the last really good year for it.

Sports betting has always been a sure no matter how well you know the game you will get boned. Like poster above said regular season nba has gotten even more variance with tanking, load management, and an overall less emphasis on regular season.

I lost back to back parlays on half a point/rebound/assist from Jokic and half a point from Giannis then bailed on the whole concept for a while.

I might dabble again later in the year.
