He was found liable, as in this woman was owed X amount of dollars over an abuse claim from 30 years ago.

So that would mean the aggrieved party decided to stay silent for thirty years only to miraculously go public with it just before the accused party is up for an election, and not because she wants to take him to criminal court or see him sent to jail for his horrific crime, but to empty his bank account. If you think is all on the level and not a politically orchestrated hit job, then honestly I wouldn't be surprised because it's clear you're a barely functioning retard. More proof you didn't do any research and have no idea what you're talking about. He wasn't found liable for rape, he was found liable for digital penetration and defamation. As in he called this woman a liar and the court ruled that she wasn't. It was a case of "he said vs. she said". Beyond her own testimony she was unable to provide any other evidence.
