They've had this argument before several times. If you want to deport someone, there's no point in letting them go again after having been caught. If they go to Venezuelan prisons after being deported back there, I'm assuming it's because they did something criminal in the US or Venezuela before they came to the US, and the Venezuelan government doesn't want them roaming the streets there until they've served their sentence.

All illegal aliens know they're supposed to go home and there's a standing offer for them to take $1000 to do so, voluntary deportation is the most human way possible. But most don't go on their own, instead banking on libs protecting them the next until next elections, so you make it public that if you are caught, it's not a nice process. Sucks it has to be that way, but even though much more have left on their own than getting deported, they're not leaving on their own in large enough numbers to fix the problem.

It's puzzling, so many threads where they scream about not deporting illegals and how the admin is so wrong for doing it, yet they won't even give a few reasons why they want them to stay.

I bet so many of the people wanting illegals to stay is either for personal or ideological reasons. Maybe it's a family member or they know someone in their community. From the nonviolent ones, keep the ones with citizen children here if they have already been born here - don't separate families. And if they pay taxes, keep them. If they have skilled talent, keep them.

I would even try to get some of the younger ones into nursing schools and provide green card. We have a nursing shortage RIGHT NOW. It's only going to get worse as baby boomers get up there in age. US population is also expected to decline. Lets keep some of these people and train them for America to stay afloat in the coming decades.

Illegal Migrant Arrested for Stealing Child’s Identity, Medicaid Benefits

In an announcement Wednesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Antonio De Jesus Moreno Escobar used the boy’s identity to get seven different jobs in Houston over three years. The man was being held on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer.

Benefit fraud by illegal immigrants has become a leading concern for those seeking to curtail immigration in recent years, with the U.S. Department of Justice and state-level authorities seeking out those who have used fake or falsified documents to claim benefits or even access to the country in the first place.

Paxton, a Republican, said Escobar had purchased falsified documents for $120, including a stolen Social Security number, fake green card, and a Texas state ID. With those documents, he allegedly used the 13-year-old’s identity to gain employment around the Houston area for three years.

The victim, from Hutto, Texas, then lost his Medicaid coverage. His mother received a phone call telling her the benefits were being revoked due to income being fraudulently reported against her son’s name.

The case comes as Texas continues its aggressive statewide efforts to crack down on illegal immigration, with Governor Greg Abbott and Paxton leading efforts to detain alleged criminals and hand them over to ICE for removal proceedings.

Escobar's case was linked with the attorney general's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) which has recovered more than $1 billion in settlements, judgments, and restitution for Texas taxpayers since 2020.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, in a press release: "This case is a disturbing example of how illegal aliens drain our resources, hurt innocent Texans, and even deprive children of vital health care. My office will ensure that illegal aliens who exploit our systems and target our families face the full force of the law."
