    and if it was so barren gobert wouldn't have lost to towns last year

    he could've been 5 time all nba 4 time defensive player of the year

    all before the age of 30

    something else to be frightened about

    he should certainly have more of both and should have made two more all star teams as well

    Ben is in. But as the title states, if retires at seasons end he has no shot. A guy more respected, Sidney Moncrief just got in a few seasons ago.
    I'm trying to think of a similar player that's in, or that's not in. I can think of various similar guys not in. Take Jerry Sloan (player version.)
    A better question would be is DeMarcus Cousins a HoF'er?
