I mean the thing is, this idea of “great two way players” is getting a lil overrated considering star offensive players really cant commit to bodying up the opponent’s best player for extended periods of time. You burn energy and risk fouls. Teams generally hide their stars on defense regardless how good they are as defenders.

Yeah it's great on paper when a guy has two way ability but in reality it hardly matters.

Minny are up, but I get the feeling that they've been made to play too basic an offense that doesn't maximize KAT or Ant.

3 pointers have variance and it went Minny's way, but there's been very little midrange or post game from Ant, few drives to the basket. Minny forced into playing like Harden Rockets.

Mavs should get some more calls at home and that would help.
