what makes this picture below worse is that the chinese, our current biggest nemesis, just casually dropped their deepseek project as an open source software that demonstrated how good their tech is, and more efficient. it wiped out trillions in a single day and let the world know they are not behind anyone. america needs to take this as a course-correction lesson and go all in on AI/tech because the competition is shoulder to shoulder at the moment.
