Giannis wanting to leave is his own fault.

This all started when the Bucks wanted to appease Giannis so they choose to hire one of the most overrated coaches in Doc Rivers. The downfall started at that moment to what they are now. Flipping Jrue Holiday, Middleton, etc and turning that into Lillard and Kuzma were questionable, but bringing in Rivers in the middle of the season was baffling. The Bucks weren't even that bad and I'm not sure why Giannis wanted that change unless he wanted a player's coach.

Middleton wasnt the same player after injury so that made sense. Giving up a 2 way player in holiday and than he ends up in boston. Ouch!

This often happens and then the same star players that got the franchise to do what they wanted bail and pretend it wasn't their fault, lol.

The New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs will aggressively pursue a Giannis Antetokounmpo trade with the Milwaukee Bucks, NBA sources told DallasHoopsJournal. The Knicks and Bucks discussed an Antetokounmpo trade before the season started. Antetokounmpo is very interested in playing for the Knickerbockers, sources said.

Jrue wasn't a reliable scoring option for them and couldn't guard elite players (Jimmy shat all over him), so it made sense to move on given the lack of help on offense. Of course he was awesome as like the 5th dude in Boston.

As stated in another thread ..

Giannis is feeling it is now or never ..
Why - he is getting injuried and knows his time is limited He has been playing since he was 18.

Warriors or Atlanta best its and best for Milwaukee with drafts.

Ths is bull shit .. Giannis is al bout rings .... RINGS
He wants a team to not only compete in the east but play in the finals...
Only team a year ago that you could say that as Boston .. now east is up for grabs... and I really thought before Porter Jr. went down in game 1 / that they would be therel
Problem is the rest of the team is in a funk... Turner does all most nothing / Trent non factor ... Portis no defense..
U have to be blind not to see it.

I was completely floored by the fact Portis has 1 single block on the season.
