The Media and Lebron stan spin has never been stronger. Seriously, I have never seen it this ridiculous.

Lebron has been horrible all year, and was terrible last night against the Raptors.

4-17, 0-5 from 3, no free throws, 8 points...

And yet because Lebron simply passed the ball to Rui in the corner, which was part of the play call, the media/stans are trying to complete re-write what happened last night by framing Lebron's horrible performance and basic pass to Rui as some kind of selfless sacrifice on Lebron's part...like what?

He played horribly' and took 17 shots...at no point was Lebron try to actively sacrifice this 10-point streak. He lost it because he's playing the worst he's ever played lol.

Also it's insane how literally no one is talking about RUI who actually made the game winning shot and deserves all the credit.

What the hell is going on? If Lebron made the game winner, NO ONE would be talking about how Austin Reaves passed the ball to Lebron...it would be all about Lebron making the game winner. So why aren't people talking about RUI who made the shot???

Because this current year for Lebron and the surrounding discourse is historical and absurd, and both in bad ways.

Also the 10-point streak was NEVER impressive...because get this...scoring 10 points isn't impressive. All that meant for Lebron is that he basically didn't get badly injured early in a game in which he HAD to leave the game.

Why not make the streak 8 points now to keep it alive? It's just 2 less points...oh wait, 10 points was already arbitrary and dumb.

Scoring streaks should AT MINIMUM start at 20 points...because a superstar could play a whole game and still not hit 20 points.

They didn’t come up with the 10 point streak for LeBron though. I was hearing about that with Jordan. And Wilt had a 10 rebound streak that was his entire career and I promise you he knew about it.
