It boggles my mind how women are so bad at sport, even at the "top" level. It's why the WNBA will never, ever succeed. Regardless of narratives or any other hype, they're still women. So that means unathletic, zero fundamental, below the rim trash. Played by ugly, angry lesbians. And no-one will ever want to watch that.

Clark the last two games has struggled shooting the ball. Fever lost a tough last game. They were up on on the Liberty at halftime and coughed up a 8 point lead.

Re: So.... Caitlin Clark
Are we going to talk about the fact that the "greatest shooter in WNBA history" is only a career 34% from outside? 31% this season.
She makes the odd logo three and takes a lot of shots but sure misses a lot. Still a TO machine as well.

Not sure who gave her that title since she's been in the league literally one year. There are way better shooters right now. She's the best long ball shooter by far in terms of range, but efficiency will come with time hopefully. But she definitely has weaknesses in her game. Turnovers is probably the biggest one because she does it so much versus historically what WNBA players give up.
She is the NBA record holder for the most turnovers in one season with 223. Number two? Alyssa Thomas from that same year (2024) with 137. Before 2023 no WNBA player ever had more than 135 total turnovers in a whole season. Then Clark comes along in 2024 and smashes that by 75%+.

Re: So.... Caitlin Clark
Angel Reese has probably her best game of the season with 13/12/4/2 on 5/11 shooting, but the Chicago Sky suffer their third loss in a row by double digits and they are one of three WNBA teams that is winless along with the Dallas Wings and Connecticut Sun.

As for the rebounds she collects, the only reason she gets high numbers is because she's tall, there are loads of misses in the WNBA and like 75% of female players are too scared/lazy/useless to get physical and grab them. Basically most women are unable to play like men.
And all this is before you get to what's she's like off the court. With her self aggrandizing bullshit and thinking she's 10 times better/prettier/more important than she is.
Lmao i feel like she's the draymond green or like someone mentioned before, isaiah stewart, of the wnba. Except that her basketball iq is so low that it's taking a toll on her team. I think she's a bust no matter what her being the 7th pick last year says.

Re: So.... Caitlin Clark
Clark is out 2 weeks with a oblique injury.
Reese had a 13/15/3/3/2 game on an inefficient 3/9 shooting for the Sky's four loss in a row. The Sky and Sun are the only winless teams. Reese is barely shooting over 30% from the field this season.

Clark is still out with her leg injury. Fever are currently 3-4. The Sky are 2-4 and Reese had an okay game, but was inefficient. 14p/9r/2a/3s/0b Shot 4/13 from the field. She's still barely shooting over 30% from the field for the year.

Re: So.... Caitlin Clark
Clark returned today after being out almost three weeks with an injury. She dropped 32 on the undefeated New York Liberty and tied her career high for made threes with seven. 32/9/8 The Liberty's nine game winning streak is snapped.
Meanwhile Angel Reese and the Sky lost again last night and they are 2-7 to start the season. Reese droppped 12/9/3 on 40% shooting. She is averaging 10/12/3/2 on 36% shooting for the season.
