Good news, McCollum injury fairly minor

An injury update on Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum today revealed some relatively good news.
An MRI confirmed that McCollum has a popliteus strain in his left knee.
No injuries are good news, but this is relatively minor. McCollum will be re-examined in a week, the team said Sunday.
The injury took place at 7:09 in the third quarter of the Blazers vs. Spurs game on March 16.
For the season, the star starting shooting guard continues to produce points, averaging 21.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 0.79 steals and 34.1 minutes in 68 games.
The Blazers are 42-27 this season, which as of this afternoon is the 4th best record in a crowded Western conference. They are just below the Rockets and just above the Thunder in the standings.
The NBA regular season ends in 3.5 weeks, on April 10.
