Randy Foye Scouting Report:

InsideHoops.com: Randy Foye is a combo guard and big-time scorer who penetrates, has versatile, refined moves and plays real defense. Not the best outside shooter, with a streaky jumper. Defends well. A real basketball player who fakes, moves right, hangs, and flat-out balls. Foye finishes strong. While he has as much talent as anyone in this draft, Randy Foye's problem is that he's a true shooting guard with the size of a point guard. We call him a combo guard, but he really isn't a true point.
