Warriors waive Rodney White

The Golden State Warriors have waived forward Rodney White, Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Chris Mullin announced today.
White, who was acquired along with Nikoloz Tskitishvili from Denver on February 24, 2005 in exchange for Eduardo Najera, Luis Flores and a future first round pick (from Dallas in 2007), appeared in 16 games with the Warriors in 2004-05, averaging 2.6 points in 9.1 minutes per contest. For his career, the four-year NBA veteran has appeared in 218 games with Detroit, Denver and Golden State, posting combined averages of 7.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists per contests.
