Wilson Chandler out with quad injury

The Philadelphia 76ers will be without the services of forward Wilson Chandler for the near future. The team today announced that a quad injury will keep Chandler out for the next two weeks, at which point he'll be reevaluated.

Chandler's injury took place early in the third quarter Thursday in the Sixers' road game against the Warriors. The injury is to his right quad. Chandler has started 32 of the 36 games he's played for the Sixers this season, averaging 6.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 26.4 minutes per game.

The Sixers are 34-18 this season, which through yesterday's games is the third best record in the Eastern conference. They're led by Joel Embiid (27.2 ppg, 13.4 rpg), Jimmy Butler (18.6 ppg, 5.0 rpg), JJ Redick (18.3 ppg) and Ben Simmons (16.8 ppg, 9.5 rpg and 8.1 apg).
